2011 QUILT SHOW COUNTRY STORE
 
The Country Store will again offer the opportunity for our guild members
to sell hand made items such as quilts, dolls, and craft items.
There will be a non-refundable fee of $12.00 which will be payable with your Pre-Registration Form, which is due by September 15, 2011.
All sale items are due at the Georgetown Cheer Community Center,
with Inventory Form (see Sample), Friday afternoon, October 21, 2011, between 12 and 2 PM.
If you need more than one sheet, please make appropriate number of copies.
We suggest you make copies of all submitted Inventory Forms for your records.
If your items are small, please bring them in a suitable container such as a basket, for display.
Keep in mind there are many sellers and limited space.
Use tie on or pin on tags, not stick-ons. These are available at most stationary or business supply stores.
Please note that you must have submitted a pre-registration form and $12.00 fee by the above deadline to have items accepted for sale.
Items presented without a pre-paid registration will not be accepted.
Neither the Kent Sussex Quilters nor volunteer clerks will be responsible for breakage or loss.
The store will close Sunday at 4 PM and pick-up can be done from 4 to 5 PM, or between 6:30 and 7 PM.
If items are not picked up by 7, it will be up to the seller to make necessary arrangements.
When you pre register, please indicate time and day(s) when you are willing to volunteer some time at The Country Store.
These times will be confirmed by phone or e-mail prior to the show.
